The Consumer cannot automatically withdraw funds from the Wallet. Withdrawals are at the discretion of WeBill and are permissible under certain circumstances, where the Consumer:
- Submits a formal request to WeBill at the following email: withdrawal@webill.net
- Confirms all the transactions in the Wallet:
- Deposits
- Allocations
- Charges
- Declares there is no intention of disputing any charges or effecting any chargebacks in the future.
