WeBill Web Portal and WeBill Applications provide support for and recommend using the following devices:
Desktop
Minimum
- Windows, Mac or Linux system running at least 4GB RAM
- Display resolution: 1366x768
- Windows 7 is recommended for Windows systems
- Modern web browser like Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari or Microsoft Edge latest versions
Recommended
- Windows, Mac or Linux system running at least 8GB RAM
- Display resolution: 1920 x 1080
- Windows 10 is recommended for Windows systems
- Modern web browser like Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari or Microsoft Edge latest versions
Mobile
Minimum
- iPhone 6 or higher
- Android Marshmallow 6.X with screen resolution 960 x 540 px, GPS and 2MP camera
- Device should have enough free space available to accommodate captured data & images
Recommended
- Phone 6s or higher
- Android Marshmallow 6.0 and higher with screen resolution 1280 x 720 px, GPS and 5MP camera
- In addition, the mobile device must have enough free memory available to accommodate the captured data and images; at least 2GB free space is recommended.
WeBill Field Manager Mobile Application
Once you have one of these devices, install WeBill Field Manager Mobile Application and log-in using facial recognition. You will be able to login onto any compatible device that has Field Manager Mobile application loaded and download the instructions that have been allocated you as an agent.
WeBill Consumer Mobile Application
Once you have one of these devices, install WeBill Consumer Mobile Application and log-in using your log-in details. You will be able to login onto any compatible device that has Consumer Mobile application loaded and then you can view your meters on your premises and load funds to your account and meters.
